What you'll learn

What is Abhyasa?

Patanjali Yoga Sutras 1.12: ABHYASA VAIRAGYA TANNIRODHAH
(Success in Yoga depends on Practice and a sense of Detachment)

The ABHYASA program yokes together 3 distinct segments of yoga practices – focusing on BODY, MIND and on PRANA in one harmonious experience. Sankalpa, Asanas, Pranayama, Shatkriyas, Mudras, Bandhas, OM & Meditation are the tools used – to bring about an experience of STILLNESS + SILENCE.

At the start of a New Moon cycle – every Yogi takes up a SANKALPA or Resolve to accomplish any goal in their Life (Health, Relationship, Career – anything at all) – and then through the month trains their Body, Mind, Emotions and Energies to move towards that goal. The ABHYASA class is practised daily for 60 mins. Every week a new ABHYASA sequence is designed and broadcast. Every Sunday, our Yogis have different Yoga challenges and there is a whole lot of camaraderie with weekly Live discussions!

What's Included & Frequently Asked Questions

A new 60 minute Abhyasa sequence is designed and broadcast every week on Friday evening. The class will be practiced daily.

What all do you need?
  1. A Yoga Mat, comfortable clothes which won’t obstruct in movements. Ideally cotton or dri-fit.
  2. Laptop/Mobile/Tablet or a Smart TV with an internet connection.

While Abhyasa is not a live one-on-one session or a group class, it provides you with the flexibility and convenience to practice at a place of your choice, be it your home, office, a park or the Himalayas. It helps build self discipline as our Yogi; Manish Pole and our tribe will keep you motivated to keep practicing regularly.

You can also build camaraderie and friendships with yogis who are on the same path as you.
