Abhyasa yoga program brought deeper sense of relaxation physically and that created more space mentally and spiritually. My core strength, flexibility, and stamina increased a lot, Intense practice of asanas focusing on alignment and balance, pranayamas, deep meditative practices and campfire discussions brought clear sankalp and vision for my practice.
