We will touch on how Yoga and Meditation works with Mental Health not just in addressing Mental Illness like depression, anxiety, stress but also positive psychology to enhance life and lead with leadership and being more positively oriented.
In this module we will cover Meditation, as described in classical Yoga. We also explain the five different meditative asanas and the different types of meditative practices. We have also included meditations for you to enjoy and these include Gratitude Meditation, 108 OM chants Meditation, Yamas & Niyamas Meditation and Dynamic Meditation.

In classical Hatha Yoga MUDRA is the 4th element. The word Mudra means Gesture. What we found is that when yogic masters were in high tensed consciousness, awareness as they were in the state of Samadhi the hands and eyes naturally went into a certain posture. So, in yoga we are taking up these gestures to induce that state of awareness. That’s the way Mudras have been learned.
