ABHYASA is practiced 7 days a week! It begins with you taking up a Sankalpa (Intention) to improve any aspect of your life; and then practicing a specific 70 min Abhyasa with Yoga Asanas, Pranayama & Meditation daily. Every week a new Abhyasa is released as a recorded class and Yogis practice this. Every Saturday we all meet for a Live session on Meditation or Learning.

Yoga nidra is one of the most common and beneficial yoga practices practiced globally today. For this we have to thank Swami Satyananda Saraswati, the founder of the Bihar School of Yoga, who got us started with this practice.
Yoga Nidra doesn’t require focus. It is mainly about relaxation and when you relax you come into a state of wellbeing. Yoga Nidra is not just Shavasana.
Not much, it’s very simple, here’s what you need:
- A Yoga Mat, comfortable clothes which won’t obstruct in movements. Ideally cotton or dri-fit.
- Laptop/Mobile or a Smart TV with an internet connection.
- A Google Chromecast or an Amazon Fire Stick or something equivalent to cast the Video from your mobile/laptop to a big TV screen (optional). This will give you the best surround sound experience if practicing indoors.
- Bluetooth headphones if your speaker volume is low while using a mobile or laptop and that’s it!
Every Yoga student attending our online yoga courses gets to Practice Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation and also learn Yoga Philosophy and allied subjects such as Ayurveda.
The Abhyasa monthly yoga classes are priced at INR 3999 or USD 59 including GST and we offer a 3+1 month plan as well.
